Cars and motorcycles have been a lifelong passion of mine, so it's only natural that when I became more involved in real estate, my network of clients and organization affiliations followed me. I found myself more than once visiting properties with like-minded petrolheads, always eagerly first touring the garage before even stepping foot in the house.
The garage is a meeting place, bringing anybody with a vehicular affinity together. Whether your passion is '32 Fords or 105-series Alfas, air-cooled Porsches or twin-scroll turboed McLarens, Norton Commandos or track-ready Panigales, hours can be shared in the garage discussing the nuanced differences and similarities of our passions that unite us.
With such a special place in our lives, it's only fitting that we want to provide a safe haven for our vehicles; to keep them protected, spend time working on them, or inviting others over for a coffee before a Sunday morning drive. This was the basis for creating CT Dream Garage, a real estate niche that focuses specifically on brokering properties with exemplary garage spaces.
